With over 20 years of experience in the Asbestos industry, Rianne has established herself as an expert in strategic planning and management. Having co-owned and co-run a highly successful £6 million turnover company for 15 years, she possesses a proven track record of excellence in staff and contract management.

Driven by a deep passion for her work, Rianne has always thrived on connecting people. She takes great pride in ensuring individuals are linked with the right suppliers, clients, and personnel to foster mutually beneficial relationships and help establish profitability.

Additionally, we proudly serve as the Retained Asbestos Consultant for Oracle Asbestos Solutions, providing expert advice and support for managing asbestos-related issues.

As the Commercial Manager for Oracle, Rianne was responsible for a wide range of crucial tasks. Including overseeing all commercial aspects, such as removal, surveying, disposal, and training.

Also providing direction, supervision, and oversight for subcontracted services, ensuring their successful delivery. Additionally, managing the surveying budget, which involved costing various projects ranging from £500 to £500,000. Collaborating closely with the CEO and Financial Director.

Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction at all times, Rianne promptly responded to service requirements and ensured timely responses from team members and contractors. Moreover, she was accountable for UK quality compliance, best practices, policies, procedures, and statutory compliance, emphasising both quality and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance.
